On December 28, 2022 at 13:19 hrs the Town of Berlin Fire Departments responded to Rt 9 Northbound just prior to the Christian Lane on-ramp for an overturned truck. Upon arrival of the first fire officer, a tri-axle dump truck was on its side, the operator was out of the vehicle with no injuries. Due to minor fluid leaks, DEEP was requested to the scene. Fire Department remained on scene for a short period of time. The scene was turned over to State Police, DEEP and CTDOT.
